Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role is to provide support to the field fleet teams.

The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly.

This role is responsible for administrating the fleet fuel card program, perform warranty claims and work with the fleet parts catalog.

The role also includes dashboard creation, score carding, automation of manual processes, financial reporting, key performance indicator report generation, and issue resolution.

Your Impact

As Supply Chain Business Intelligence Analyst (Supply Chain Fleet) your functions would consist of

Responsible for accurate record keeping of all current and past card holders

Activation of new users, de-activation of terminated users, activation and de-activation of users on LOA

Conduct reconciliations and statement reviews and resolve any discrepancies

Responsible for daily, weekly and period reporting

Proactive tracking and alerts for discovered card usage concerns

Resolve any vendor or customer inquiries

Creation and maintenance of scorecard and dashboard reporting

Improve processes and deliver productivity for Fuel card program

Lead the execution of the pipeline of projects in the "Reporting" area

Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholder

Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Fluent in English

Bachelor's degree in business / operations, Engineering or similar field preferred

Power BI, Power App or Tableau experience.

Administrative support or Fleet experience preferred

Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with suppliers

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively

Produce / review various performance reports to drive results

Manage communications through phone, email, fax, mail, etc.

Advanced / Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)

Strong passion for customer service and fleet excellence

Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers

Able to assist with account management duties

Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools
