Due to our international growth, we are looking for talented : Accounting & Compliance Supervisor - BILINGUALFull-time, On Site : El Salto, Jalisco.We are looking for a skilled accounting and compliance supervisor with atleast 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the electronics sector.

This role involves overseeing accounting and tax compliance for electronic manufacturing operations in Mexico.

The ideal candidate will ensure accurate accounting understanding and adherence to local tax regulations (SAT), while providing actionable financial insights to enhance cost-efficiency—all within a bilingual (English / Spanish) environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExperience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Support accounting activities for the plant's manufacturing operations, maintaining accurate costs, inventories, internal controls, and processes.Facilitate inventory-related activities with the Inventory Control team, including analysis, reporting, cycle counts, and inventory adjustments, ensuring overall inventory accuracy.Review all work daily, ensuring it is performed accurately and timely.Review trends and variances in material, labor, and overhead costs, investigating significant variances and taking appropriate action.Establish, maintain, and analyze labor and overhead rates in accordance with operating budgets and established production standards.Collaborate with Engineering to analyze and update the Bill of Materials and Operations List, ensuring the ERP accurately reflects the current status.Prepare and maintain standard adjusting entries with appropriate support for operating cost accounting and the monthly inventory ledger.Track and explain key Operations metrics, including performance against budget and year-over-year performance.Special projects / Operations and ERP enhancements.Benefits and Additional PerksCompetitive monthly salaryFull-time, permanent positionOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementDynamic and collaborative work cultureAttractive benefits package including : Major medical insuranceMeal vouchersAnd moreJob Requirements : Bachelor's degree with concentration in Accounting or Finance;Min 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the electronics sector;Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;Proficient use of financial systems and Microsoft Office tools, including proficiency in Excel;Excellent communication skills, with a bias towards collaboration and teamwork;Analytical skills and attention to detail;Strong internal control compliance experience in manufacturing industry : Fluent English (oral, written, listening).
