We're looking for an Inside Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to key B2B customers, helping to grow sales and ensure operational efficiency.
This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering value through internal sales support.Assist with building a sales funnel generating opportunities by phone / email with select Target Accounts
Develop and maintain rapport with the Omron Sales team and assigned customers.
Interact with Direct Customers, Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain Management, and Finance.
Initiate new customer setup in JD Edwards ERP system
Bachelor's degree.
#3–5 years of B2B customer support experience (or 2+ years at Omron with JDE / CRM).
# Advanced English (minimum B2 level, both spoken and written).
# Experience working with an international company serving customers in the US / Canada or Europe in English.
