Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced hotel operations manager to oversee all aspects of our resort's Rooms Division operations.

  • Main Responsibilities :
  • Create unforgettable first impressions and exceed guests' expectations during their stay.
  • Lead a great team and develop potential relationships with guests.
  • Ensure all team members are aware of room revenue targets and performance results.
  • Review VIP arrivals and special events.
  • Adhere to resort selling strategy by ensuring correct rates are used.
  • Handle booked-out situations in a diplomatic and professional manner.

About the Job

This is a leadership role that requires a strong commercial acumen and a warm, welcoming personality. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years' experience in upscale luxury hospitality industry or five-star hotels.

Key Requirements :

  • Leadership experience in luxury 5-star resorts.
  • Solid commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Computer literacy.

    • About You

    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Butlers, Concierge, Housekeeping, Laundry, KidsOnly, PBX and Bell Services.
