IE University's Corporate Relations Department is looking for a Director, Corporate Business Development LATAM (Mexico) to join its team! The Corporate Business Development Director will join IE’s Corporate Relations team, responsible for developing and maintaining new corporate accounts with a focus on Latin America (based in Mexico), which involves creating an extensive commercial agenda.

We are seeking a full-time professional based in Mexico .

Responsibilities

Your role as a Director will involve :

  • Developing new alliances for IE in the region.
  • Leading business and diagnostic projects, consultative sales, benchmarking, and strategic planning across diverse sectors.
  • Executing the strategy for business development, integrating a commercial plan with long-term objectives.
  • Managing commercial activities : sales, co-creation, and academic projects with IE’s various schools and departments to develop long-term relationships with targeted and strategic accounts.
  • Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you should have :

  • A Master’s Degree from a top-ranked university.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written & oral).
  • At least 6 years of professional experience, preferably sales-oriented; experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
  • Skills in developing corporate clientele, creating and delivering proposals, and managing international projects.
  • CRM experience, along with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and other databases.
  • Experience in project management and coordination.
  • Strong analytical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse groups.
  • The position is based in Madrid, with extensive travel to other regions.
