As a Marketing Specialist, you will have the opportunity to leverage your creativity and collaborate with innovative professionals around the world. Your key responsibilities will include developing temperature management and antiseptics portfolio strategies in North Cluster, facilitating country IBP portfolio reviews, executing global NPIs and commercialization processes, managing prices, implementing portfolio strategies in Mexico and C&C, determining local action plans to enhance Solventum's penetration, and supporting local sales managers, channels, reps, and clinical specialists.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university
• 5+ years of marketing experience in healthcare environment, with a proven track record of delivering business results
• Strategic pricing understanding
• Bilingual (English-Spanish)
