Configure SAP SD components including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, etc. Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams (e.g., MM, FI, ABAP) to ensure seamless integration. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues. Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
