Overview

We are a company with global operations, specialized in technological solutions that drive the digital transformation of organizations across various sectors.

We are seeking a strategic leader to manage our operations, ensure excellence in project and service delivery, and optimize internal processes to maximize customer value.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the technology sector, with at least 5 years in operational leadership roles.
  • Proven leadership in areas of technology solution design, project implementation, and quality assurance.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise technology platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar).
  • Experience leading teams in solution design, implementation, QA, development, and project management.
  • Strong skills in leadership, effective communication, client negotiation, decision-making under pressure, and change management.
  • English C1 (fluent conversational).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK, Scrum), solution architecture, ITIL / ITSM, operational and financial KPIs, internal process design, and SLAs.
  • Availability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, to scheduled events.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the organization's overall operational strategy.
  • Establish and oversee operational models, governance, and internal processes.
  • Make strategic decisions regarding resources and organizational structure.
  • Supervise the execution of key projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
  • Represent Operations in executive committees and with strategic clients.
  • Promote the development and growth of technical and operational leaders within the organization.
  • Manage strategic relationships with key clients and technology partners.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in services, methodologies, and operational structures.
