Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise engineers across multiple business units within the plant.
 - Define and implement plant-wide manufacturing engineering strategies and priorities.
 - Drive cross-segment collaboration to standardize best practices and optimize engineering performance.
 - Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for engineering programs.
 - Champion innovation in automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing technologies.
 - Experience working with ISO 9001, IATF16949. VDA 6.3.
 - Lead plant-level CAPA systems, investigations, and problem-solving initiatives.
 - Monitor engineering KPIs and ensure continuous improvement across all segments.
 - Facilitate talent development, mentoring, and succession planning within the engineering organization.
 - Comply with EHS regulations and policies; identify and report any EHS concern and support on corrective actions.
 - Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and support corrective actions.
 - Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
 
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Manufacturing, or Business Administration preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven experience managing multi-segment engineering teams and large-scale initiatives. Expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and change management. Strong leadership and communication skills with executive presence. Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma. Ability to influence cross-functional and global teams. Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
Preferred Qualifications
