Call Center Supervisor (On-site, Roma Norte) – Join a U.S.-based healthcare clinic as a full-time, on-site supervisor in Roma Norte, CDMX. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with growth potential.

Schedule and Location

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM starting November)

Location : Roma Norte, CDMX

Salary and Employment

Salary : MXN $20,000 / month + legal benefits

Employment Type : Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support a team of call center agents to ensure high-quality service
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching to team members
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to schedules
  • Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a positive work environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Experience in healthcare or working with U.S. clients is a plus
