EOIR Legal Assistant – Immigration Department

Our Immigration Department focuses on defending individuals and families facing removal proceedings, preparing humanitarian and family-based cases, and delivering high-impact advocacy before the Immigration Courts (EOIR).

The Role :

We’re seeking an  EOIR Legal Assistant  to join our dynamic immigration team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping clients through complex immigration court processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and file EOIR documents including motions, bond packets, and related filings
• Assist attorneys with  bond hearings, master and individual hearings, and motion practice
• Draft cover letters, evidence indexes, and supporting documentation for filings
• Communicate with clients regarding hearing updates, biometrics, and deadlines
• Maintain accurate case records in  Filevine  and EOIR portals
• Coordinate filings with local and remote Immigration Courts
