We're seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute projects that enhance our recruitment processes and daily operations in the plant.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for :
- Coordinating various talent acquisition initiatives, including intern visits, university partnerships, and job affairs.
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive recruitment reports.
- Onboarding new employees by registering them in our internal system.
- Creating documentation for new hires.
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must possess :
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.Availability to work on-site at our facility.Intermediate English skills.Strong analytical, innovative, teamwork, and communication skills.Key Responsibilities :
