We're Hiring : Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst Consultant

• At Shokworks, we are looking for aBusiness Analyst / Senior Business Analyst Consultantwith 3–5 years of consulting experience, ideally gained attop-tier firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or other leading global consultancies.The right candidate will bring proven expertise in research, structured problem-solving, and data-driven methodologies, together with an interest or practical exposure to artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and innovation.Depending on seniority, this role will focus on conducting or leading research and analysis, shaping recommendations, and supporting or driving implementation to deliver measurable client impact worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and analyze data from multiple sources, including client interviews, surveys, market research, and benchmarking.Formulate and test hypotheses using structured methodologies (McKinsey-style).

Translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic roadmaps.Contribute to or facilitate brainstorming and ideation sessions with clients and internal teams.Support or lead the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports for C-suite stakeholders.Serve as a trusted advisor, building confidence with clients through rigorous analysis and clear communication.Work across the full project lifecycle, from diagnostic research to solution design and implementation.Support or oversee the tracking of solution impact through KPIs and measurable outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consulting, data science, design, technology) to ensure project success.Research and apply emerging AI and digital technologies to client challenges.Contribute to the design of digital transformation strategies and innovation initiatives.Collaborate closely with consultants, managers, and client executives throughout projects.Qualifications3–5 years of consulting experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar will be highly valued ).

Proven ability in research, structured problem-solving, and data-driven analysis.Hands-on experience in data gathering (interviews, surveys, market / industry research).

Knowledge or practical exposure to AI, data analytics, and digital transformation.Strong executive communication, storytelling, and data visualization skills.Experience contributing to or leading client workshops and ideation sessions.Ability to work effectively across multifunctional and multicultural teams.Spanish (native) and English proficiency (C1+).
