Mfg Finance Analyst

Job DescriptionHybrid : This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basisResponsibilities : Work closely with operations team to develop cost savings initiatives for plant.Provide financial support for all capital projects including analysis of cash flow statements, balance sheets, income statements, return on investment (ROI), internal rate of return (IRR), net present value (NPV).

Participate in business reviews for North America manufacturing plants.Lead financial modeling and data mining efforts related to productivity improvement and cost reduction initiatives.Develop business case justification for all major capital expenditures.Assist plant manager with strategic planning activities.Manage working relationships with various functional areas within the plant such as purchasing, engineering, human resources, maintenance, etc.Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures.Perform monthly variance analysis for key performance indicators.Develop monthly forecasts and provide commentary on actual versus budget results.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in finance or related experience.
