IT Project Manager (Full-Time, Remote – Latin America)

Salary : $1000 - $1300 USD / month (depending on experience)

Location : Latin America (must overlap with U.S. and India hours)

Our client is a fast-growing technology and software development company with a team of approximately 20 engineers, 2 full-time designers, and 1 data scientist. The company operates in a fast-paced, technically complex environment, developing software solutions and digital products for global clients.

The leadership team is currently managing a high volume of concurrent projects and is seeking to hire a capable Project Manager to take ownership of coordination, communication, and delivery across the organization.

The company also runs a successful side venture, a mobile app with over 350,000 downloads, demonstrating strong technical and commercial expertise.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee approximately 16 concurrent software development projects, managing communication between internal teams and clients, coordinating updates, testing, and workflows, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

This role requires strong English communication skills , a proactive mindset , and prior experience managing offshore or distributed teams . The ideal candidate will be highly organized , adaptable, and capable of working across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee multiple software development projects simultaneously.

Coordinate updates, QA / testing, and flow approvals with internal engineering and design teams.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Track project timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure successful execution.

Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Facilitate collaboration across U.S., India, and LATAM time zones.

Hard Skills Required

Proven experience in software project management .

Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA , Asana , or similar platforms.

Understanding of QA and testing processes .

Familiarity with product development workflows .

Experience leading or coordinating offshore / distributed teams .

Soft Skills Required

Excellent English communication (written and verbal).

Highly proactive , independent, and capable of taking initiative.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Client-facing confidence with clear, professional communication.

Comfortable working across multiple time zones .
