Inviting applications for the role of Process developer – Cash Applications

Responsibilities

• Receive Customer Payment.
• Download Banking details of cash receipts and / or deposits for manual posting.
• Record AR bank transactions & 'Live' Check management.
• Clear all AR related items from clearing accounts.
• Identify third party payments / transactions
• Contact bank to resolve AR issues as required.
• Record Customer Remittance documentation 2 Apply customer payment
• Apply cash receipts to open invoices (post customer identification).
• Manual posting ERP- Identify and process payments and remittance received from customers via wire transfer, electronic data interchange, auto post and manual receipts.
• Contact bank / collector for additional remittance detail.
• Cash application in cross currency cash (FX).
• Cash application with deduction (withholding tax, customer retention etc) 3 Customer Prepayment - Identify & apply 4 Credit adjustment.
• Cash transfer (Internal) & others Non-AR collection.
