Overview

IT Application Manager for 3rd Party & SaaS – Dematic

Responsibilities

  • Application Onboarding : Manage the integration of 3rd party applications into the KION world and ensure all important points are considered during the process.
  • Incident & Problem Management : Act as a primary point of contact for application-related incidents, leading troubleshooting efforts, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Vendor & License Management : Collaborate with third-party vendors for application support, licensing, and new feature acquisition. Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and vendor performance, and oversee all aspects of software license management to ensure compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business users, department heads, and other IT teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure applications meet business needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, including configurations, processes, and support procedures.
  • Budget Management : Contribute to the IT budget planning process, specifically for application-related costs, licenses, and support agreements.

Your Tasks

  • You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in IT
