Here’s what you need to know about this position :
THE WORK
- Take ownership of SAP environments, focusing on system administration, monitoring, and operational excellence across landscapes.
- Manage SAP user accounts, roles, permissions, and IAM to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient access.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, managing account creation, role assignment, and access adjustments with precision.
- Support provisioning and basic administration of services on SAP BTP, including Integration Suite and Payments, ensuring stable connectivity and efficient integrations.
- Proactively monitor system health, coordinate and apply patches, support upgrades, and handle system copies or client refreshes to maintain performance and stability.
- Oversee SAP Transport Management and related workflows, ensuring controlled and documented movement of objects across environments.
- Serve as the go-to SAP expert for operational and technical issues, collaborating with SAP and internal teams for escalations, provisioning, and troubleshooting.
- Partner closely with architects and stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure scalability, and maintain security and compliance across the ecosystem.
- Support and maintain integrations with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other connected platforms to ensure reliable and efficient data flows.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
Strong background in SAP Basis / administration, system monitoring, patching, transport management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Familiarity with SAP BTP (especially Integration Suite and Payments), enough to support provisioning and collaborate effectively with integration teams.Experience with S / 4HANA administration is a plus, but not a strict requirement.Understanding of SAP security models (PFCG, IAM) and best practices for access control.Exposure to cloud-hosted SAP environments (HEC, RISE, or AWS / Azure / GCP).Experience supporting system integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Snowflake.Proficiency with Jira for ticketing and case management, and Google Workspace for documentation and collaboration.Familiarity with ITIL principles, change management, and SAP transport processes.Strategic, structured problem-solver with clear communication skills, able to work closely with architects and external teams (e.g., SAP support).OUR BENEFITS & PERKS
