Human Resource Operations Manager
The Human Resource Operations Manager is responsible for supervising the Solution Center Services and ensuring compliance with Human Development policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide timely support to employees, managers, and HDBP's to resolve Human Development transactions.
- Resolve inquiries regarding HD programs, processes, systems, and policies via email and phone.
- Manage organizational structure and employee labor and personal information.
- Ensure accomplishment of Solution Center calls, emails, and chats regarding HD processes according to the Service Level Agreement and HD Service Delivery Model.
- Manage internal HD systems and databases (MyHD ticket tool, Oracle HCM, ADP, Cisco Agent).
- Collaborate with IT to articulate business needs and systems improvement opportunities.
- Participate in pre-payroll process and resolve main incidents.
- Develop and implement improvement and innovation projects to enhance services provided.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Advanced English proficiency.1-2 years of work experience in job-related area.Technical and Personal Skills :
