You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications, resolving incidents, and driving continuous improvement.

&##Monitor infrastructure, applications, and security alerts using tools such as Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus .

Perform daily health checks and support planned change validations.

ServiceNow ) and provide clear updates during shift handovers .

6 years of experience in NOC, helpdesk, or IT operations .

~ Basic knowledge of monitoring tools and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP) .

~ Familiarity with Linux commands and incident management processes.

~ Advanced English (written and spoken) to communicate with global teams and vendors.

~ Hands-on with Datadog, Splunk, ServiceNow .
