Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor in logistics and supply chain matters.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Customs, and Finance) to ensure service excellence.
• Analyze client performance data to identify trends, resolve issues, and recommend process improvements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for business growth, including cross-selling and upselling logistics services.
• Lead regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate execution of logistics processes and timely resolution of client concerns.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements aligned with company goals and customer expectations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to provide strategic insights for both the client and the organization.
