Experience

6-12 years of experience in Business Analyst role. Logistics background (AIR & SEA) with EDI knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze the business requirements
• Documentation - BRD, EDI related Process specification
• Communicate and validate requirement with Business users
• Coordinate with Development team for map development
• UAT with Business team
• EDI ANSI X12, EDIFACT, Mapping specification creation, Trading Partner onboarding, Communication protocols - sFTP, AS2, VAN
