Our Client is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join us as Remote Operations Assistants for a critical short-term project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to apply their organizational skills in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

We are looking for immediate starters to assist with a key operational task for approximately one month. Your primary responsibility will be the setup and configuration of a high volume of digital inboxes, working diligently to meet a set number of completions each day.

This role is ideal for self-starters who are highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a task-oriented role.

What You Will Do :

Set up and configure a large number of digital inboxes following specific, detailed guidelines.
Ensure 100% accuracy and consistency across all assigned tasks.
Work independently to meet and exceed daily completion targets.
Maintain clear communication with the project lead regarding progress and any potential issues.

What We Are Looking For (Key Requirements) :

Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.

You must have a fully functional remote working environment already set up. This includes :

A reliable, modern laptop or desktop computer.

At least one external monitor (dual screens).

An external mouse and keyboard.

A stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting consistent remote work.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.

Comfort with performing repetitive, computer-based tasks efficiently.

Project Details :

Number of Positions : 10

Start Date : Immediate (hiring on a rolling basis for the week of October 6, 2025).

Project Duration : Approximately 1 month with extension possibility

Location : 100% Remote.
