Are you looking for an opportunity to create a substantial impact on business profitability through reducing operational wastes? The Network Losses (NL) reduction role offers this opportunity. The scope of impact spans across RoW markets, focusing on reducing network losses due to Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions, or a combination of these within operations across the supply chain. This role involves close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC), transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS), and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding and hands-on experience of operational processes across the supply chain.
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of losses and develop or replicate solutions, tracking their impact.
• Standardize metrics, processes, and SOPs related to network losses across RoW markets.
• Drive the implementation of product and operational process solutions to eliminate losses.
