Regulatory Reporting Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory reports.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure the completion, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory reports in all cases.
Evaluate daily reporting submissions and monitor trade reporting exceptions and reconciliations.
Manage linking and matching activities, perform manual uploads to trade repositories, and identify trade reporting defects.
Implement mitigating / identification controls and ensure timely escalation of identified issues.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in banking, finance, risk management, or business.

Comprehensive knowledge of main trade reporting systems and processes.

Good understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle of typical OTC Derivative products.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a risk / control environment within an investment bank / financial institution.

Rigorous approach to controls and minimization of operational risk.

Skills :

Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues / inefficiencies and realize solutions.

Technical understanding of how systems deliver regulatory reports and trade repository limitations / behaviors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work with virtual / global teams and functional management.
