Oversee daily operations across

plastic injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly

processes.

Ensure compliance with

international manufacturing standards, quality systems, and customer requirements

Drive operational KPIs, including

safety, productivity, scrap reduction, OEE, and on-time delivery

Lead

Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives

to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Perfil buscado

10+ years of manufacturing experience

, with at least

5 years in a senior plant leadership role

Desirable : Strong background in

plastic injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, welding, and finishing operations
