BridgeUs is an AI-powered, data-driven matchmaking platform for professional networking. We help people connect meaningfully - both online and at major events. After validating at Enactus Germany (350 participants, 250 live testers), BridgeUs is now collaborating with the organizers of Monterrey Tech Week 2025 to power attendee networking (5,000+ participants).

Role

Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Paid, Seed Stage) | Accelerated 20 Days Sprint

Your Mission : Rebuild the current MVP into a scalable, production ready V2 - in 20 days.

You’ll have full creative and technical ownership, working directly with the founder to shape something thousands of people will use live at one of Mexico’s largest tech events. We’re assembling a small, fast team to sprint toward the Tech Week launch.

Tech Stack (Flexible)

• APIs : OpenAI, custom ML logic (open to alternatives)
