Location : Any state in Mexico

Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and supporting enterprise-grade systems? We're looking for a Java Support Professional with strong experience in :

Responsibilities

  • Java – solid understanding of object-oriented programming and backend support
  • Informatica – hands-on experience in data integration and ETL workflows
  • Apache Kafka – working knowledge of distributed messaging and stream processing
  • Production Support – proactive issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
  • Problem Solving & Communication – ability to collaborate across teams and articulate technical solutions clearly

Experience Range : 3 to 9 years

Required Skills

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or similar technical domain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-directed and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build consensus with others and work independently to complete tasks on-time.
  • At least 3+ years of prior experience with Java software ecosystem debugging and supporting backend applications.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and database optimization (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Linux / Unix commands and scripting (Shell, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in production support.
