Descripción del trabajoExecute and validate financial reconciliations across multiple systems. Investigate data quality issues and perform root cause analysis. Design and implement financial data validation and quality control mechanisms. Run and troubleshoot finance reports using SAP S / 4HANA (including T-codes). Build and maintain financial dashboards and analytics in Power BI. Support integration and alignment of finance data across systems and business units. Partner with finance, IT, and business teams to resolve data and reporting challenges. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership. Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on finance data improvements. Strong foundation in financial reporting, analytics, and data interpretation. Working knowledge of finance data models, accounting structures, and reconciliation processes. Understanding of end-to-end finance data flow and operational controls. SAP S / 4HANA : Proficient in running finance reports, executing T-codes, and troubleshooting data. Power BI : Skilled in building dashboards, leveraging semantic models, and performing financial data analysis. Databricks : Skilled in building data pipelines and extracting insights from delta tables Strong command of SQL , Python , and PySpark for data validation and troubleshooting Basic understanding of data operations and integrations between finance systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose data quality issues. Experience performing root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions. High attention to detail to ensure data reliability and accuracy. Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across finance and IT. Independent and proactive approach to driving issue resolution. Leadership mindset to guide cross-functional efforts in finance-data initiatives. Structured, detail-oriented, and methodical in approach. Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to convey complex data insights clearly. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to bridge finance domain knowledge and technology tools. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or business analytics experience 9–12 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or finance data operations or business analytics. Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and Power BI required; exposure to data integration or ETL processes is a plus. Experience in finance transformation, data migration, or data quality initiatives. Familiarity with automation tools or cloud finance environments (e.g., Azure, Snowflake). Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
