Main Responsibilities

• Handle 100–200 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads, build rapport, and schedule high-quality appointments.
• Track all outreach and follow-ups in HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Use JustCall or related web-based calling platforms for outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams and provide regular feedback on lead quality. What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (SDR, appointment setter, or cold caller).
• Prior exposure to insurance, finance, or accounting industries is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in cold calling — essential.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, JustCall, or other CRM / calling tools.
• Excellent spoken English and a professional, engaging communication style.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
