Marketing Analyst – Mid / Senior Level

What you'll be doing : What you'll be doing : Ondro is seeking a Marketing Analyst (Mid / Senior Level) responsible for planning, adapting, and executing marketing initiatives in Mexico.

This role will cover digital marketing, events, vendor management, and communications, serving as the primary link between the Latam Marketing team and the local Mexican market.

The Marketing Analyst will ensure that regional strategies are effectively localized, implemented, and monitored, driving brand relevance, demand generation, and strong partner relationships.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, while demonstrating clear communication, proactivity, and adaptability to support business growth in the region.Plan, adapt, and execute marketing actions in Mexico aligned with the Latam team.Act as the local focal point for vendors, partners, and manufacturers.Support the organization and execution of events, trade shows, and brand activations.Create content and copy (native Spanish) for digital campaigns, communication materials, and internal marketing.Coordinate design requests with the Brazil design team and, when necessary, create simple graphic assets.Manage local vendors (agencies, printers, production companies).

Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements.Ensure brand consistency in the Mexican market.What you'll bring to the table : Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.Experience in marketing, preferably in Mid / Senior positions.Native Spanish speaker.Knowledge of Portuguese or English for interaction with the Latam team is a plus.Experience in : Digital marketing (paid media, social media, online campaigns).

Events / trade shows (organization, logistics, vendor relations).

Copywriting and content production.Basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator).

Proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to have : knowledge of Monday, HubSpot, and Canva.DifferentialsExperience in B2B marketing.Experience in multinational companies or regional teams.Experience managing digital campaigns with ROI analysis.Perks?
