Responsibilities
Support electrical technical coordination for North American container projects : assist local teams, clients, and logistics partners in resolving on-site electrical installation challenges.
Troubleshoot post-delivery electrical issues (e.g., UPS / EPS failures, grounding problems, lighting or power distribution malfunctions) and deliver timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with our domestic design team to share North American on-site electrical feedback, aiding in the refinement of container electrical designs and alignment with local standards (e.g., NEC).
Assist in reviewing electrical documents for North American projects (e.g., wiring diagrams, component specifications) to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
Provide electrical technical training or guidance to local stakeholders (e.g., maintenance teams) to support long-term container electrical system reliability.
Track and document electrical issue resolutions and on-site support processes, contributing to the optimization of our after-sales electrical support workflow.
