Job objective
- Administer and Authorize the integration of Facility Management processes within an organizational unit, with homogeneous functions to maintain and develop services and facilities that support and enhance the effectiveness of the core business and site occupants.
Main activities
Support the strategic planning of the department / unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time framePlan and administer the budget in their area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with itCooperate in personnel planning within their area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnelProvide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him / her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisorCooperate in planning, design and implementation of local and national tasks / issuesImplement processes / standards / policies (e.g. corporate travel policies, security / risk management for business trips, etc.), if applicable participate in determination and optimization of internal standards and complex processes within his / her own area of expertiseJob requirements
Education : Bachelor Degree (Mechanical / Electric / Electronic / Industrial Engineering or Similar)Work experience and technical knowledge : Industrial facility management, Industrial maintenance and safety, Real state and property management, Construction project management, space management and interior designWe are looking forward to your application.
