Descripción del trabajoAnalyze and interpret complex and nuanced contractual language and data, ensuring accurate categorization and compliance with defined criteria. Perform meticulous quality control on AI-generated contract reviews to verify proper data classification and identify errors or inconsistencies. Collaborate with teammates to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions. Create clear, concise reports for internal and external stakeholders. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, workflows, and concepts as our business evolves. Monitor and track updates to contracts within our database. Participate in additional projects as assigned. 0–3 years of experience in a detail-oriented role (e.g., data analysis, contracts, compliance). Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to spot inconsistencies, trends, or recurring structures in large sets of data and / or legal documents. Ability to maintain precision while performing repetitive data tasks across large volumes (e.g., hundreds of contracts). Demonstrated ability to analyze nuanced data and interpret complex contractual clauses. Ability to accurately tag text, clauses, or fields for use in structured datasets or machine learning models. Applying a consistent tagging framework or classification system without deviation based on a specific rulebook or training guide. Experience reviewing and quality-controlling data outputs, particularly those generated by AI or automated systems. Being able to check related documents or data entries for consistency, such as matching clauses across contract versions. Tracking changes or comparing document iterations to ensure proper data lineage or historical accuracy. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to identify and implement process improvements. Strong command of written and spoken English. Understanding dense language (e.g., legal or technical) quickly and accurately to extract relevant details. Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic startup environment. Experience with commercial contracts, software licensing, or similar legal documents is a plus, but not required.
