Marketing Manager – Pharmaceutical (Dermatology Focus)

Employment Type : Temporary (6 months)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the field of dermatology. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and support the launch and lifecycle management of innovative products.

What you’ll do :

Design and execute marketing strategies to strengthen our brand in dermatology.

Lead product positioning, market segmentation, and lifecycle management.

Partner with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory) to ensure alignment and compliance.

Build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.

Drive digital campaigns, events, and congress participation.

Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns.

What we’re looking for :

Degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences (MBA a plus).

5+ years of pharma marketing experience; dermatology background preferred.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations.

Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.

Fluent in English.
