Job Description

This application refers to a BIM Manager Talent Pool from which we will be redirecting candidates into Assistant, Professional and Senior Professional opened roles within our company, mainly focusing on the positions based in Silao, Guanajuato.

The BIM Manager will be responsible for the overall management, reporting and tracking of performance of the BIM Team and to ensure the correct coordination between other managers and ensure overall quality of deliverables and process deployment between General Contractors of the projects.

Main responsibilities :

• Ensure correct communication between client’s PM team, General Contractors and all areas involved.
• Ensure quality of deliverables for BIM.
• Ensure general processes and procedures are carried out within BIM.
• Training and development of different teams.
• Follow up to projects.
