Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts with strong expertise in the payments domain.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze systems, perform gap analysis, and support the development of optimized payment solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with management, departments, and customers to identify and build end-user requirements and specifications.Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on an ongoing basis.Perform discovery of customer current processes, solutions, or platforms.Conduct gap analysis between customer requirements and standard solutions.Develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective communication with developers, production, managerial, and executive teams.Collaborate with teams to ensure requirements are delivered per customer quality standards.Partner with developers to define optimized system integrations.Required SkillsProven experience identifying and building end-user requirements.Bilingual Spanish & English (advanced / fluent) – Spanish fluency is mandatory.Deep knowledge of payments applications.Knowledge of banking or processing back-office systems.Strong expertise in ISO
