Job Title : Strategic Sales Director

Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our logistics solutions in the Mexico region. This individual contributor role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our company's goals.

This strategic thinker will build and manage high-touch relations with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3PL, Contract Logistics and / or eCommerce business and be able to leverage personal or industry resources to develop and maintain relationships with local clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales eCommerce / 3PL / Contract Logistics industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
