The Manager of Regional Partnerships, Car, will manage and grow a defined portfolio of customer accounts essentially based in the Americas region by building trusted relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering solutions.In this role, you will : Develop strategic accounts by building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and unlock growth opportunities.Acquire new partners and expand into new markets by identifying and engaging high-potential partners to support strategic growth.Manage contracts and lead negotiations by overseeing contract discussions for regional accounts, ensuring alignment with company standards.Demonstrate sales and communication excellence by using persuasive sales techniques to communicate value and influence outcomes.Build and nurture relationships by fostering strong connections across internal teams, partner organizations, and industry networks.Experience and qualifications : Languages : Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse markets and cultures.Proven experience in portfolio management and strategic account development, with a strong focus on sales growth and partner relationship expansion.Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify partner needs, craft compelling value propositions, and influence high-level decision-making.Skilled in account planning and territory management, with a focus on prioritizing high-value opportunities.Ability to manage operational complexity and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a consultative and customer-centric approach.The total cash range for this position is $127,
