We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to take ownership of monitoring and alerting critical aspects of supported pipelines. This role requires someone who can drive solutions, improve processes, and ensure reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities include establishing end-to-end monitoring and alerting all critical aspects of supported pipelines, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing and troubleshooting AWS EKS clusters, and ensuring technical solutions meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to partner with other team members on configuration management at scale. They should also be able to share knowledge and best practices across the organization.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

Strong focus on innovation, experience working with business partners and vendors, coordination and planning with project management on resource allocations, and focus on a more holistic approach are desirable.
