Maintenance Manager...

Descripción del trabajoIngeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o afín. Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial, incluyendo liderazgo de equipos 40+ personas. Dominio de automatización, PLC’s y sistemas de control industrial. Experiencia en mejora continua, TPM, ahorro energético y optimización de costos. Deseable experiencia en industrias de procesos pesados o de alta temperatura (cerámicos, acero, fundición, vidrio, etc.). Habilidades analíticas, de planeación y comunicación. Inglés avanzado.

Buscamos un Gerente de Mantenimiento con liderazgo, visión técnica y enfoque a resultados, para unirse a nuestro equipo en Planta Monterrey (ubicada en Guadalupe, N.L.).
Responsabilidades principales
- Liderar todas las actividades de mantenimiento y confiabilidad de los equipos productivos, incluyendo hornos, prensas, sistemas hidráulicos y líneas automatizadas.
- Impulsar proyectos de automatización, control e instrumentación (PLC’s y sistemas de control).
- Implementar iniciativas de mejora continua y reducción de costos, orientadas a la eficiencia y estabilidad operativa.
- Gestionar programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, asegurando la continuidad de la producción.
- Desarrollar y fortalecer las competencias técnicas del equipo de mantenimiento.
- Administrar presupuestos, contratistas y proyectos especiales.
