Position Overview

Responsible for the comprehensive management of the Learning Management System (LMS) and the instructional design of training content. This role balances the focus between the technical-operational administration of the LMS and the creation of effective learning experiences. Acts as a liaison between L&D, technology, and users, ensuring a training offer aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Administer, configure, and provide continuous support for the LMS.
• Ensure optimal user experience (navigation, accessibility, and basic technical support).
• Oversee the upload, update, and maintenance of content in the LMS.
• Analyze and report usage metrics, progress, and training effectiveness.
• Stay current on technology trends and learning management tools.
• Design and implement learning paths, courses, and training programs on the platform.
• Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and translate them into digital solutions.
• Coordinate strategic training projects, ensuring timely and quality execution
• Promote the sharing of best practices across areas and regions.
