How will you contribute to our magical experience? The Manager, Creative Marketing will lead the creative strategy for the Marketing team in Mexico, developing integrated campaigns that reflect the brand identity and resonate with local audiences. This role blends strategic vision, aesthetic sensibility, and leadership to coordinate internal and external teams, ensuring narrative consistency and visual excellence across all touchpoints. Responsibilities :
Design and execute 360° creative campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, events).
Supervise the internal creative team and external agencies.
Ensure visual and narrative consistency across all communication assets.
Present creative proposals to local and regional stakeholders.
Monitor cultural and design trends to inspire fresh ideas.
Collaborate with Brand, Media, PR, and Digital teams for strategic alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and agency partners.
Lead creative initiatives for streaming platforms, ensuring relevance and innovation in content and execution.
What we need from you to be part of this story :
Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years in senior creative roles, ideally in streaming or advertising agencies.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and project / design tools.
Strategic thinker with storytelling and innovation skills.
Industry background in entertainment, consumer goods, or tech preferred.
Native Spanish speaker with advanced English.
Willingness to travel occasionally for regional events.
