MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Full Time (Quedan 3 Días)...

A leading manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at a high-volume production facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of maintenance mechanics and electricians

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to reduce downtime

Manage KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE; drive continuous improvement

Maintain and optimize the site’s maintenance management system (CMMS)

Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental standards

Coordinate contractors and infrastructure projects; manage related budgets and contracts

Support production with technical troubleshooting and emergency response

Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and quality teams on installations and upgrades

Maintain documentation including equipment schematics, P&IDs, and SOPs

Monitor spare parts inventory and CAPEX planning

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Proven leadership and team supervision experience

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of maintenance KPIs and reliability-centered maintenance practices

Familiarity with safety protocols including LOTO, hot work, and working at heights

Preferred Qualifications

~5+ years in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing

~ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

~ Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred
