Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance & SEO Manager who will own and drive both paid media performance and organic search visibility. This is a hybrid role where you’ll wear two hats : performance marketing and SEO, combining short-term ROI with long-term organic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing : Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
- SEO Strategy : Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Content Optimization : Collaborate with content teams to ensure copy, metadata, and site structure are optimized for search.
- Testing & Experimentation : Run A / B tests on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and SEO tactics to continually improve results.
- Data & Reporting : Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, organic rankings, traffic, conversions), build dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product, design, analytics, and development teams to align paid and organic initiatives with business goals.
- Market Awareness : Stay current on SEO algorithm changes, paid media trends, and industry best practices.
What You’ll Bring
4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing and SEO.Proven success in managing ROI-positive paid media campaigns and driving organic growth.Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).Strong understanding of attribution models, performance metrics, and SEO ranking factors.Excellent project management and communication skills.Analytical and creative mindset to balance performance with content strategy.Why You’ll Love This Role
