Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance & SEO Manager who will own and drive both paid media performance and organic search visibility. This is a hybrid role where you’ll wear two hats : performance marketing and SEO, combining short-term ROI with long-term organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing : Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a focus on ROI and efficiency.
  • SEO Strategy : Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve rankings and organic traffic.
  • Content Optimization : Collaborate with content teams to ensure copy, metadata, and site structure are optimized for search.
  • Testing & Experimentation : Run A / B tests on creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and SEO tactics to continually improve results.
  • Data & Reporting : Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, organic rankings, traffic, conversions), build dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with product, design, analytics, and development teams to align paid and organic initiatives with business goals.
  • Market Awareness : Stay current on SEO algorithm changes, paid media trends, and industry best practices.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4–6+ years of experience in performance marketing and SEO.
  • Proven success in managing ROI-positive paid media campaigns and driving organic growth.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, performance metrics, and SEO ranking factors.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Analytical and creative mindset to balance performance with content strategy.
