About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage shipping operations and customer service, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Submit bookings, manage bookings with the shipping lines, follow up on invoices downloaded from shipping line platforms, and payment requests until posted with shipping lines.
• Provide customer service through email and telephone as needed.
• Follow up through the operational process with customers, coordinating operations with shipping lines, transportation partners, customs brokers, other Noatum offices, and agents.
• Track shipments through the Cargo Wise System, from opening to closing of the shipment.
• Provide quotes to the network.

Required Skills :

Pay range : 25 to 30 thousand monthly pesos + benefits
