About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage shipping operations and customer service, ensuring smooth communication and coordination with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Submit bookings, manage bookings with the shipping lines, follow up on invoices downloaded from shipping line platforms, and payment requests until posted with shipping lines.
- Provide customer service through email and telephone as needed.
- Follow up through the operational process with customers, coordinating operations with shipping lines, transportation partners, customs brokers, other Noatum offices, and agents.
- Track shipments through the Cargo Wise System, from opening to closing of the shipment.
- Provide quotes to the network.
Qualifications :
Degree in International Trade, International Commerce, or related fields.Adaptability to change and strong analytical skills.Experience working with a freight forwarder or maritime product.Required Skills :
Incoterms knowledge.Experience with Cargo Wise system or similar.English (advanced level).Knowledge of shipping lines in Mexico and familiarity with shipping line platforms.Established relationships with main shipping lines in Mexico.Pay range : 25 to 30 thousand monthly pesos + benefits
