ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior / Lead .NET Backend Engineer at AgileEngine, you will lead the development of .NET desktop applications, modernize legacy systems, and deploy solutions on AWS. You’ll optimize performance, resolve concurrency issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable software.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the design and development of applications in .Net Desktop, and VB6;
• Deploy and manage solutions on AWS, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency;
• Diagnose and resolve concurrency issues, perform application profiling, and drive continuous improvements in system performance;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, align architecture with business goals, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience and proficiency in .Net for Desktop; Proficiency in SQL (query design, optimization, and data operations); Proven experience deploying solutions on AWS; Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skills with a strong focus on scalability and reliability; Upper-Intermediate English level.
