As a key player in our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through phone, email and chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to address questions on pricing, availability and other related topics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Effectively manage data entry across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a relevant customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and organize work efficiently.
