The Tour Operator Program for the 2026 World Cup across the USA, Mexico, and Canada is looking for a Project Coordinator based in Mexico City – Polanco to help make it happen.
A 1-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension makes this perfect for someone looking to contribute to a once-in-a-lifetime global event.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Phases : Coordinate project phases and ensure governance documentation is up-to-date.
- KPIs and Risk Management : Monitor KPIs, maintain risk registers, and provide regular health checks on delivery progress.
- Operational Workflows : Support commercial and operational workflows across flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
- Data Reporting : Build and maintain Excel-based reporting dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Event Readiness : Support readiness planning and compliance monitoring to meet event service levels.
