Purpose
To define, standardize, and elevate the company's approaches to understanding consumers — enabling countries to deliver consistent, high-quality insights that inform strategy and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Core Insight Frameworks - Build and maintain global methodologies for segmentation, growth spaces, brand tracking, innovation testing, consumption moments, and other foundational tools.
- Lead Global Learning Programs - Identify cross-market knowledge gaps and coordinate cross-market research initiatives that address key strategic questions.
- Synthesize and Share Strategic Learnings - Integrate insights from multiple sources and markets into clear, actionable narratives that inform global growth strategies and innovation pipelines.
- Capability Building - Develop training programs and toolkits to upskill local insight teams in modern research approaches and storytelling.
- Test and Validate New Research Methodologies and Partners - Pilot emerging research techniques, digital tools, and new suppliers; assess their effectiveness and scalability; and transfer learnings to local teams to upgrade our research capability.
Profile Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Psychology, Sociology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related fields.Master's degree in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Business Intelligence, or MBA with a focus on consumer understanding.Professional Experience
6+ years in consumer insights, market research, or capability building roles.Proven experience in global or cross-market projects, ideally within food & beverage sector.Strong background in developing research frameworks and methodologies at global scale.Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, segmentation, brand tracking, innovation testing, and trend analysis.Experience in vendor management and evaluating new research partners and technologies.Ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources into strategic narratives for senior leadership.Core Competencies
